Accommodation

For short stay of 1 or 2 nights the price increases by 15%.
All rooms are equipped with satellite TV, telephone, wireless Internet, minibar, hairdryer and a safe.

The resident taxes

Tourist tax and registration fee are not included in the price.
Tourist tax per person per day ranged from 7.00 kn to 10.00 kn, depending on the staying period. Children under 12 years are exempt from paying the tax.
Children aged 12 - 18 pay 50% of the amount offees.
Check in registration per person is 14.00 kn.

Extra charges

Room service 30.00 kn.
Laundry and ironing service are 20.00 kn per piece.
Wellness center (indoor swimming pool, Finnish and Turkish sauna, massage).
Additional cost for half bord dinner is 200.00 kn per person per day.

Cancellation

FOR RESERVATION WITH ACCOUNT PAYMENT:

The deposit in case of cancellation or no show up to 5 days before the arrival will be held by the hotel.
In case of early departure we charge 100% of the remaining reservation cost.

FOR RESERVATION WITH CREDIT CARD DATA:

If cancelled or modified up to 5 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled or modified later, 100 % of the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
The book of complaints is at the reception.

Children and extra beds

Free! All children under 3 years stay free of charge when using existing beds.
All children under 2 years are charged 75,00 kn per person per night for children's cots/cribs.
All older children or adults are charged 150,00 kn per person per night for extra beds.
The maximum number of extra beds/children's cots permitted in a room is 1.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Pets

Pets are not allowed.

Eurocard / Mastercard, Visa, Maestro . The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise credit cards prior to arrival.
